Four Ways to Recruit Workampers

We hope you have found some success in building your Workamper staff for the upcoming season, but if you still have a few roles to fill, we wanted to remind you of the recruiting options you have available through Workamper News (Workamper.com).

1. Review Situations Wanted Ads
Workampers run “work wanted” ads in each issue of Workamper News magazine.  Employer members can review these ads in the paper copy or log-on to our site to view the online magazine – flip to the Classifieds section. There are additional ads online as well, these are different from the ones published in the magazine. Click on the Work Wanted Ads button on the Dashboard to view these.

2. Run an Online Hotline Ad for immediate applicants
The Hotline provides immediate exposure that's more short-term. A Hotline ad is emailed out to Workampers and is posted on our website. A 100-word ad for one week/one email blast is $49 for Employer Gold members ($79 for Intro members). Submit online here or send us an email.

3. Run an Ad in the Magazine
Our bi-monthly magazine provides longer and more wide-spread exposure as all Workamper members receive the magazine (some of our members don't use the online tools, like the Hotline). Advertising deadlines are the 10th day of even-numbered months. Ad cost starts at $25 and is based on word count. Submit online by clicking on the Submit an Ad button on your Dashboard.

4. Online Awesome Applicants Resume Database
Employer Gold members receive access to the searchable AA Resume Database which has thousands of resumes. Workampers build their resume which can include their preferences, contact info, photos and text description of themselves. Unlimited resume views, save resumes for quick-find later, multiple sorting options, and more.
